Torsion Springs for Terrateck Double Hoe

The torsion springs make an effective weeding solution for rows of vegetable crops.

Located at the back of the hoe, creating a crossover effect, the torsion springs open when getting to a plant and close back in crossed position between plants, allowing weeding between plants.

The applied pressure of the spring on the ground makes it possible to adjust its strength in order to avoid removing or damaging the crops. Mounted on the double hoe, using the Terrateck second tool support, you can work on young crops to limit the presence of weeds in the row.

The torsion springs are ideally used on planted crops such as cabbage, leeks, celery, onions ... For seeded crops, it is recommended to use finger weeders since they are less aggressive on younger stage crops or more delicate plants.
