Shipping Options

FREE shipping only for orders made on the www.duboisag.com Website. Shipping is free on orders of $200 and more delivered to Canada and the continental USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut), on selected Products for which no delivery proposal is required. There may however be a handling fee on certain heavy or large-volume Products. In such a case, a delivery proposal shall be made for transportation expenses and shared with the Client. This delivery proposal is calculated taking into consideration the weight and volume of the Product as well as the region where the Client is located. When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed within four (4) business days in Canada and the United States. Some exceptions may apply and in such a case we will contact you as soon as possible.

No shipping will be done on the following holidays:

  • January 1 (New Year's Day)
  • Good Friday or Easter Monday (at Dubois' choice)
  • The Monday before May 25 (Victoria Day)
  • June 24 (National Holiday)
  • July 1, if it falls on a Sunday: July 2 (Canada Day)
  • The first Monday of September (Labour Day)
  • The second Monday of October (Thanksgiving)
  • December 25 (Christmas Day).

Delivery will be done as quickly as possible following the validation of the means of payment of the order. Delivery time limits may vary depending on the destination and the availability of Products.

A transaction must be completed and entirely paid before Dubois processes the order and delivers the products.

Tracking Number

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your delivery information, the means of transportation and a tracking number. You may then click on the link to view your order tracking information.

Product Refund or Exchange

All orders of products purchased by the client are delivered by Dubois Agrinovation Inc. (“Dubois”) or by a carrier, from its business address located at Saint-Rémi, province of Québec, to the client or to any other location agreed on by the parties in a prior written agreement and unless specified otherwise, and all delivery expenses and insurance are paid by the client. The client shall, in addition, pay all expenses resulting from his non-availability to receive the products at the time agreed to with Dubois or the carrier. The client is responsible to indicate on the purchase order if a product was received damaged or is missing. IF the delivery does not require the signed acceptance of the client, the client must take photographs of any damaged or missing product and sent a notice to Dubois within five (5) business days of the delivery.

If the client advises Dubois of anything which is non-compliant within five (5) business days of receipt, Dubois may at its choice, repossess or replace the non-compliant product or service or give the client a credit. The replacement value or the credit granted cannot exceed the purchase price of the non-compliant product or service.

If a client intends to return a Product, he shall notify Dubois within a maximum time limit of thirty (30) days from its receipt, specifying the reason for returning it, and in such case, Dubois may authorize the return of the product at its sole discretion. The product must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging. In such case, Dubois may issue a return authorization number. All expenses and risks of a return are assumed by the client. The initial delivery expenses are non-refundable. The invoice and return authorization number must be included with the product. Dubois shall examine any returned product. If the return is accepted, the client will be entitled to the reimbursement of the purchase price paid. Expenses may apply to the return of an oversized product or products in large quantity. The amount of such expenses shall be specified with the return authorization number. No return shall be accepted thirty (30) days after the initial receipt of the product.

Under no circumstances will a product be replaced, or a service corrected, and no reimbursement will be accepted if the product or service was altered, modified or transformed since the date of the delivery of the product or service.

Delivery fees

Dubois delivers itself or by using the services of third-party carriers, almost everywhere in Canada and the United States. Rates are established on the basis of the weight, volume and quantity of Products and location of delivery.

Availability of ordered products

If a Product ordered cannot be delivered because it is out of stock, the client will be notified and will be offered one of the following three options:

  1. Receive only the available products and be credited for the unavailable products.
  2. Accept a replacement product.
  3. Have the order cancelled.

Dubois shall not in any case be liable for any damages resulting from Products that are out of stock.
