Details

Knitted ProtekNet nets are non-tearable and have a narrow opening. Unlike woven netting, knitted insect netting does not fray when cut and can be sewn if torn. The nets are flexible, easy to install and don't necessarily require the use of hoops. Compared to regular woven netting, they are more permeable and provide optimal light to crops.

*The 10% margins in length and width:

Facilitate installation on hoops or structures
Allow the net to be held down with weights
Compensate for ground irregularities
Adapt to net undulations between plants
Enable net to be cut to desired dimensions

Cautionary notes

If there is no hoop under the net, insects can lay eggs on foliage in contact with the net
The thermal effect of the net is minimal, so you can use it during the summer
The net protects crops from weather damage
The mesh size of each net is not proportional to its weight. Please refer to the table in the ‘'Dimensions & Specifications’' section for full details of each product
