For entrance For Longer Structure
The aluminum Polylock channel for caterpillar tunnels and greenhouses structures : The Aluminum Polylock Channels are used to secure polyethylene film or netting with spring wires on greenhouse and caterpillar tunnel structure.
This system was designed to avoid drilling the film and netting in order to fix it to the structure.
*Stainless steel spring wires are sold separately.
Polylock Assembly instructions : Distribute the polyethylene evenly over the polylock. Insert the end of the stainless steel wire into the end of the polylock to secure the polyethylene film in place. Insert the stainless steel wire into the polylock, bending one section at a time. Add the next wire in the polylock, overlaping it 2 to 3 inches with the first wire. Repeat this step for each addition of wire. Make sure that the stainless steel wire does not protrude from the end of the polylock. If the polyethylene has to end in the polylock, cut the polyethylene leaving a margin of about 3 inches.
*It is recommended to always wear safety glasses when installing the aluminum wires in the polylock.
