Shipping Options

FREE shipping only on orders placed from Shipping is free with orders of 200$ USD or more and shipped in Canada and the contiguous United States (Except: Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut), on selected products that are not requiring a quote. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped with UPS in the United States and Purolator in Canada. However, there may be handling fees on some products (refer to "How are handling charges determined?")
Availability: Some shipping options may not be available to you at any time. Once you have entered your postal/zip code, you will be given shipping options.

How is shipping calculated?

Once you have entered your shipping information, our cart accesses UPS and Purolator rates in real time to provide you with shipping rates based on the order's estimated weight and your postal/zip code. The rate indicated on the website is the rate that will be invoiced after your order has been processed.

How are handling charges determined?

A special handling charge of CAD $10 to $20 is added to products measuring over 59 inches (150 cm) or weighing (or having a cubic volume) over 70 lb (32 kg) . A Large Package Surcharge of CAD 55$ to 75$ will be applied to each package when its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches (330 cm), but does not exceed the maximum size of 165 inches (419 cm). Some other handling charges may be applied on voluminous packages.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed within 8 business days in Canada, while orders in the United States will be processed in 6-10 business days. Some exceptions may apply, in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UPS and Purolator shipments will be shipped on business days only.

Packages will not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

January 1 (New Year's Day)
Good Friday or Easter Monday (employer's choice)
The Monday before May 25 (Victoria Day)
June 24 (National Holiday)
July 1, if it falls on a Sunday: July 2 (Canada Day)
The first Monday of September (Labour Day)
The second Monday of October (Thanksgiving)
December 25 (Christmas Day).

Tracking Number

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information, the means of transportation used and a tracking number. Click on the link to see the tracking number of your tracking information.

Product Refund or Exchange

Products may be returned or exchanged provided they are returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and an authorization number has been obtained from a Dubois Agrinovation Inc. representative. The representative will also provide the address to which the items must be returned.

Refund or exchange authorization: Returned products must be intact and preferably in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice and the authorization number. Products whose freshness seal has been broken cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Delivery charges will not be refunded. Any risks incurred when returning a product will be assumed by the purchaser, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Service charge of 15% for any merchandise bought and returned without utilization will be charged.

After the product returned by the purchaser has been verified, the entire sum for the product in question will be credited to the customer’s credit card, except for the delivery charge.

Shipping Rates

Dubois Agrinovation Inc. can ship to almost any address in the world and the rates are established according to the weight, volume and the place of delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery will be made as quickly as possible after the payment method for the order has been validated. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Transactions must be completed and paid using the abovementioned payment method before Dubois Agrinovation Inc. can process and deliver orders.

Availability of ordered products

If an ordered product cannot be delivered because it is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered one of the following two options:

- Receive only the products available and be credited for the products not available
- Cancel the order
