Model #1600 Series II Water Wheel Transplanter | Rain-Flo

The plasticulture equipment Rain-Flo model 1600 series II is a transplanter for setting plugs, pots, or bare root plants through mulch film.

Here's how it work

1. Water from the tank is directed into the center of the planting wheel
2. The spikes on the planting wheel pierce the mulch film and fill the hole with water
3. The operators, riding close to the row, can hand set the plants into the holes at the proper depth

• Up to four rows can be planted at a time
• The planting wheel can float over uneven beds
